COD is the largest community college in the Midwest and is committed to meeting the diverse educational and cultural needs of our students. The college is located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, a suburban community just 25 miles west of Chicago.
You can complete the first two years of undergraduate coursework at COD before transferring to a four-year institution. We offer seven associate degree options:
English as a Second Language (ESL) courses are also available during the fall and spring semesters to support your academic success.
Currently, students from over 50 countries are enrolled at COD. More than 40% of our international students successfully transfer to four-year colleges and universities across the U.S. We value the global perspectives international students bring to campus and consider your presence a vital part of our learning community.

All required materials must be received by the below deadlines to be considered for admission. Late applications might still considered, but we will need you to contact us as soon as possible.
If the deadline listed below falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended until the end of the next business day.

*Some programs may not be available during the summer semester. Applicants applying for a program not offered during the summer semester will be issued an I-20 for the fall semester.
Submit the international I-20 application along with all required documents to be considered for admission.
