If you've taken classes here before, you do not need to reapply. Connect with your admission representative to find out how to get started as a returning student.

Meet with Your Admissions Representative or Visit Campus

Not sure where to begin or have questions before applying? Connect with your admission representative to talk through your options, attend a campus event to explore programs, learn about support services, and get the information you need to move forward.

Submit the General Admissions Application

Submit the general admissions application to get started. Once your application is processed, you’ll receive an email titled “COD Student Portal Username” with your username, instructions to set your password and steps to access your student email.

Note that new applicants are required to pay a $20 application fee. Students may qualify for a fee waiver.

Transcript Evaluation/Course Placement

If you plan to earn a degree or certificate, you’ll need to have official transcripts from your previous institution(s) sent to the Office of Student Records. Once received, your prior credits will be evaluated to determine if any additional reading/writing or math placement testing is required before you can register for classes.
