College of DuPage has launched its inaugural Creating Impact series, designed to strengthen connections with key stakeholders throughout District 502 and ensure College resources align with evolving community and student needs.

Hosted by COD President Dr. Muddassir Siddiqi and organized by the College’s Marketing and Communications team, the event brought together College leaders and community partners for key updates and discussion.

COD speakers included Jim Kostecki, associate vice president of planning, performance and analytics; Nicole LaCognata, executive director of student financial assistance, veteran services and scholarships; and Joe Cassidy, associate president of workforce and economic development, who highlighted enrollment growth, student demographics, financial aid access and workforce development initiatives.

In addition to presentations, guests participated in interactive table discussions, offering valuable perspectives on how COD programs and services can continue to evolve to meet community needs.

“This new series provides an important platform for dialogue and collaboration,” Dr. Siddiqi said. “By listening to our community partners, we ensure that COD remains responsive and continues to prepare our students for success.”

The Creating Impact series will continue throughout the year, engaging a range of business, education and civic leaders across the district.
