The Culinary Market at Wheat Café features baked goods, soups, salads, sides, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and other items created by students in the Culinary program. Located in the Culinary and Hospitality Center, students and community members can order food to go at the market counter or grab a table and enjoy lunch in the Café. All of our products are made from scratch on premises.

Allergen Information
The Culinary Market makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our students on the severity of food allergies. In addition, we label items with possible allergen-containing ingredients; however, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the ingredients we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Be aware that our classrooms prepare foods and use ingredients in our products that contain gluten, dairy, nuts and nut oil. If you have any type of life threatening food allergy, refrain from eating our products.
